1. Anima Christi (prayer after receiving Holy Communion):
Prayer version
Soul of Christ, sanctify me; Body of Christ, heal me;
Blood of Christ, drench me; Water from the side of Christ, wash me;
Passion of Christ, strengthen me; Good Jesus, hear me
In your wounds shelter me; From turning away keep me;
From the evil one protect me; At the hour of my death call me
Into your presence lead me to praise you with all your saints
forever and ever amen.

St Michael, the Archangel, defend us in the day of battle; be our
safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God
rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O prince of the heavenly
host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the other evil
spirits who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.

2. Prayer for the Holy Souls in Purgatory (given to St. Gertrude by

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED):
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the most precious blood of Thy Divine
Son Jesus, in union with all the holy masses said throughout the world
today, for all the holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for
sinners in the universal church, those in my own home and within my
family. Amen.
3. Memorare
Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary, never was it known that
anyone who fled into Thy protection, implored Thy help or sought
Thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, we
fly unto Thee, O Virgin of Virgins, our Mother, To Thee do we come,
and before Thee do we stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the
Word Incarnate, despise not our petitions, but in Thy Mercy, hear and
answer us. Amen.
